Athletes perform a competition cheerleading routine that combines stunts, tumbling, and dance.  These athletes practice 4- 6 hours per week starting in July and continuing through the competition season and ending in June. Athletes will compete one to three times per month from March-May at local competitions and competitions that require travel on weekends.
