NORTH FORK CHEER COMPETITION TEAMS

North Fork Cheer Competitive Teams have the opportunity to compete alongside other teams from across Long Island to those across the country. Athletes perform a competition cheerleading routine that combines stunts, tumbling, and dance.  These athletes practice 4- 6 hours per week starting in July and continuing through the competition season and ending in June. Athletes will compete one to three times per month from March-May at local competitions and competitions that require travel on weekends.
